Indecent exposure at an intersection | Renton Police Blotter

Indecent Exposure: At 3:34 p.m. May 30 at S. Grady Way and Williams Avenue S., officers responded to a report of a woman taking off her clothes at the corner of the intersection. The woman was fully clothed when the officers made contact, but the suspect was arrested and booked for felony indecent exposure after the officers interviewed witnesses. The suspect had a prior indecent exposure conviction.

Child pornography: On May 27, the police received two cyber tips regarding child pornography. The cases are under investigation.

Narcotics: At 4:55 a.m. May 28 in the 4000 block of Talbot Road S., an officer responded to a woman refusing to leave a business. The woman had several warrants and was placed under arrest. While performing a search, the officer found narcotics in her possession.

Vehicle theft: At 9:59 a.m. May 30 in the 1200 block of North 10th Place, an officer responded to check with the owner of a vehicle that had been recovered from a hit-and-run collision in Kent. The vehicle had heavy ignition damage and was totaled. The vehicle owner said she thought the car was still in the garage, but it was gone when the owner and officer checked.

Breaking and entering: At 3:56 a.m. May 30 in the 1720 block of Wells Avenue S., officers responded to a business alarm. The officers found a large hole in the glass of the front window. A member of the business told the officers the office door was forced open and broken. It was not determined if anything was stolen.
